காணவில்லை 1 : ஜிலேபி

உலகமயமாக்கலின் விளைவாக, அயல் நாடுகளில் கிடைக்கும் இனிப்பு மற்றும் மதுபானங்களும் உள்ளுரில் எளிதாக கிடைக்கிறது.





ஆனால் நம்மூர் வெள்ளை ஜிலேபியை காணவில்லை. அதற்கு பதிலாக சிவப்பு கலர் ஜாங்கிரி (மொரு மொருன்னு) விக்குது...  எங்காவது, யாராவது பார்த்தா கொஞ்சம் சொல்லுங்க..

    Last picture is the Jilebi... First two pictures are not Jilebi... Aathukku peru "Then Kulal" or "Muttasu"

    thambi, go to t.kallupatti... you will find the white jelabi (called seerani or then kuzhal) in most of the savoury shops on the main road...

    after eating, write a lengthy post titled... "தொலைந்து போன வெள்ளை ஜிலேபியைத் தேடி ஒரு கருப்பு பயணம்...."

    First one is also ஜிலேபி. May be deep cooked.
    தேன் குழல் will be small arc of a circle. I have tasted them in southern parts of TN.
